Built to a published method.

Blockchain Genesis is built according to the methodology of the monograph Regulated Tokenomics (R. Watzke, 2026). Below is every requirement of the book that applies to this network – with its page, its status and the evidence you can open here. Open items are listed as openly as the fulfilled ones.

This map is the operator’s internal compliance review – the usual step before an independent audit. Every item links to evidence on the network and is open to verification by any third party; the independent audit is the next step. Disclosure: the author of the book, its publisher (DAOUBO DAO LLC) and the operator of the network are related parties. Status as of 24 October 2026; the book’s status labels describe 8 August 2026, before this network was built.

Lineage

Where the network comes from. Each step builds on the previous one; nothing is presented as new that was designed earlier.

  1. 1. 9. 2021

    White Paper v1.1

Ing. Ivan Homoliak, Ph.D. and Ing. Tomáš Smetka (Faculty of Information Technology, Brno University of Technology), Ing. Jan Lochman (Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague), GentleBIT s.r.o. The first design: Hyperledger Besu, BFT consensus, 4 to 50 validators, an identity registry, validator reputation and a self-regulating monetary policy.

    Fingerprint registered on chain

  2. 2026

    White Paper v2.0

DAO UBO, LLC. Revision of v1.1: QBFT instead of IBFT 2.0, deterministic arithmetic of the monetary policy, observability as a component of its own. Registration of its fingerprint on chain is pending.

  3. 8. 8. 2026

    Regulated Tokenomics

Monograph by R. Watzke. Adds the regulatory method: which requirements a register of tokenised companies has to meet and how to prove it. The map below follows it.

  4. 23. 10. 2026

    Blockchain Genesis 2.0

The network running today as a testnet: four validators, the registers of Token XIX and Token 19, Genesis One OS writing its decisions here.

Carried over from v1.1 and running: Besu with BFT consensus and immediate finality, a validator set of 4 to 50 changed by a vote on chain, an identity registry checked by the contracts, liveness-based validator reputation (the validator statistics in this explorer) and multisig governance of the validators. Not running: the native GEN token and its monetary policy – block rewards, treasury and fee shares. It stays a specification until its qualification under MiCA has been assessed.
