Who acts on the network.

The register of legal entities behind the validators, issuers and the control plane – written on chain, changed only by governance proposal. Public-register data only: name, legal form, seat, register number, roles, on-chain identity. Never contacts, owners or KYC.

Every company that does something here is listed with its official register number and its on-chain identity, so you can match the two.

“Pending” marks a public-register identifier or seat not yet entered into the registry; it is added by governance proposal once confirmed. Workflow stage follows the Genesis One company workflow (1 registration + AML/KYC → 2 BlockID → 3 documentation → 4 Digital Treasury → 5 sandbox and licence → 6 market); 0 = not applicable. The stage is the entity’s self-declared position in the Genesis One workflow; it is not a licence, an authorisation or a regulator’s assessment; this page does not state that any entity holds a licence.
